HYDRAULIC THROW OUT BEARING - HOW-8286

At only 1.4 lbs. this Howe hydraulic throw out bearing is the lightest available. Compatible with most reduced diameter racing clutches including QuarterMaster and Tilton. The unit installs by simply replacing the bearing retainer bolt in the two o-clock position with the provided stud. The optional remote bleeder kit (8289) allows for easy bleeding of the system outside of the bell housing. This throw out bearing known to fit Saginaw 3-speed, Muncie 4-speed, T-10 and Jerico 2 & 4-speed transmissions. It will not fit T-5 transmissions and will not work with a stock clutch or Ram coupler. Fully compressed the unit is 2.311” thick and will need at least .125" working clearance. Fully extended it is 2.715” thick extended providing .404” throw.
