Shipping Information

SAME DAY SHIPPING:

Orders made with Day Motor Sports will ship the same day when ordered before 4:30PM CST Monday through Thursday and before 3:00PM CST on Friday, except when affected by weather or holidays.

Orders ship during regular business hours Monday thru Friday. Keep in mind Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping is based on the ship date. For example, an Overnight order placed on Saturday will be shipped Monday and be delivered Tuesday.

Also, an overnight order shipped on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. If you need Overnight Saturday delivery, please call to pace your order, check availability, and request a shipping quote. Overnight Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.

Items that may not ship the same day are marked with the "Dropship Service" shipping tag or are back ordered. In the case that we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we may call to let you know and offer to back-order it for you or issue a refund for that item. FREE SHIPPING:

Day Motor Sports is now offering free shipping on retail orders over $99.00 in the contiguous United States. A qualifying order will be shipped via ground shipping on a carrier of Day Motor Sports choosing.

Free shipping does not apply to next day air, two day air, three day select, COD's, special orders, drop shipments or shipments requiring freight truck. Oversized and products with additional handling include but are not limited to seats, noses, rockers, rearends, bumpers, fuel cells, leaf springs, batteries, transmissions, blocks, fuel jugs, tires, steering shafts, etc. are not included in the free shipping program.

This shipping policy is subject to change.

INTERNET SHIPPING COSTS:

Keep in mind that the shipping costs on your order are just an estimate from our shipping service. Shipping costs on large items and large orders may be over-estimated. If this is the case, the shipping charge will be adjusted when the order ships to reflect the correct price and a credit issued on any overcharge. Please make sure that delivery location is accessible by a Motor Freight Truck. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to unload freight from truck. Down stacking may be required. If Freight Company has to use lift gate or any other equipment at time of the delivery YOU are subject to a $75 accessorial charge. You must provide a good daytime phone number, where you can be reached to set an appointment for delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery the shipment may be returned to Day Motor Sports at customer’s expense.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MOTOR FREIGHT SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGES PRIOR TO SIGNING DELIVERY RECEIPT.
If you discover any damages or shortages, make a full description of the damages or list any shortages on the freight bill before signing.

IMPORTANT!!!

If you sign the freight bill without noting damages or shortages, then you are indicating to the freight carrier that the shipment was received complete and without damage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

All duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Day Motor Sports does not include duties, taxes, or fees in any charges made to the customer. The customer is also responsible for obtaining the use of a customs freight broker when required by the destination country. We recommend customers shipping to locations outside of the United States call to place an order as the website can not handle international orders.
