• No returns are allowed without a Return Authorization Number (RMA Number).
• Returns without a RMA number cannot be processed without first speaking with the customer.
• Freight on returned items must be prepaid by the customer.
• No returns are allowed on items after 90 days of receipt.
• No returns on special ordered items.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
