Lower; Press-In; 64-72 Chevelle, IMCA Modifieds, Undersized for Tack Welding

Features
  • The 5118-101 ball joint housing is undersized for a press-in for 64-72 Chevelle applications requiring a tac in welding for installation
  • This ball joint housing is compatible with all Maverick Undercar ball joint pins with a 1.5” diameter ball. (Stock GM Upper are 1.2” and not compatible.)
  • All housings accept straight pin ball studs.
  • All housings use common screw in seat and hardware, except the GM Stock upper housing.
  • All ball studs come with slotted hex nut, washer and diaper pin.
  • Made in the USA.

Maverick Undercar Rebuildable Ball Joints are NOT SOLD as a complete assembly, allowing you to choose which pin and housing your application requires.

Application for MAV-5118-101:

Fits 64-72 Chevelle. Very popular among IMCA Modifieds. Undersized for Tack Weld installation.
