The MAHLE Motorsports PowerPak kit is our high volume shelf stock program developed for high performance enthusiasts and sportsman class racers. The Flat Top and Pump Gas Compression Ratio PowerPak pistons are predominantly made from 4032 aluminum alloy to allow for tighter cylinder to wall clearances and improved temperature stability. High Compression (Domes) and power adder specific pistons are made from 2618 alloy including the PowerPak Plus category. Each kit is complete with a set of the latest technology high performance rings. Most small block applications have our new HV385 1.0mm x 1.0mm x 2.0mm all steel plasma moly top, Napier second and standard tension oil control rings. PowerPak Plus pistons are gas ported, cylinder specific, hardcore race pistons for those demanding the ultimate shelf stock race pistons.
